Everything was great as it always is when I get my vehicle serviced with Greg Lair. I waited on my vehicle to get done. I was also told when I dropped my wife's car at the service center that it would take a little bit longer today because one of the techs had a doctors appointment. That is the kind of info you need to know when you drop off your vehicle. So it takes a little while longer but you know why and the service is still excellent. While I was waiting in the customer lounge I did see Greg Lair come in and get a cup of coffee. He spoke to the other couple that was there and also spoke to me. Thank you Sonny Main

Staff did not seem to care, didn't even greet us like other places we have used. They didn't even let us know vehicle was done we seen it sitting in bay. Staff seemed uninterested in dealing with us.

The people on Greg Lair's team are very friendly and deliver great service every time I go there. Also, if your vehicle doesn't need something, they will not try to sell it to you. I can get an oil change at Lair's GMAC as cheap as anyone in town and their pricing has been consistent. So, if you want any type of service, with no hassle, and no surprises, you should go to Greg Lair's GMC and Buick

picked up my truck after windshield replacement and already had another chip/crack and multiple divots in new windshield. Tried to get me to just go have the chip fixed myself when it was already running. I had to push to get new windshield ordered and replaced. Should not have had to ask multiple times for this to be taken care of when service is the one who cracked a brand new windshield and was going to let me leave dealership with a new damaged windshield. This should have been immediately addressed to replace.

I am frustrated with the amount of time it took to make the fix on my pickup. I was told to drop it off on Wednesday and that it should take the day. I dropped my truck off at 8:00 AM and then called that afternoon only to be told that they had another vehicle that they worked on that day, and that mine would be working on tomorrow (Thursday). I inquired about a loaner since I would not have my vehicle, and was told they had no more loaners and I was out of luck. This is extremely frustrating and even more so that GMC has so many issues with faulty equipment. My truck was still under warranty much like many others that I am hearing and having issues. GM needs to do more for their dealers and customers in ensuring they can get loaners or more qualified trained techs to efficiently handle the workload of faulty GM vehicles. On top of all of that, it took a few weeks to get the required part in, and had to continue driving my broken truck. Overall, my experience with GM continues to get worse and when shopping for my next truck which will be soon, Ford is looking like a better option.

I told Terry that in addition to TMPS sensors on back wheels that the left rear needed checked for a flat. I’ve worked tire service and you should always check tires when performing tire service. I had to take it elsewhere for the flat. Also the tech searched thru my vehicle for the lug nut socket. I don’t appreciate him going through my vehicle. The socket was in the glove box in a baggie with rack tools and it what was on the bag wss written on the outside.

Did a rea to really great job on car seat. Sensor on seat . The wiring was bad. They found b0021-0d resistance in passenger air bag connector. Poor workmanship on the part of the building company. BUICK!!!!!! Removed connectors and hardwired drivers and passenger seat airbag circuits. Always bought 4 Buicks in our life time, never had problems problems until this one. It was 10 years old, Greg Lair didn't cause the problem. It grew from factory problems. Cost$366.00

The service department personnel I dealt with were friendly and helpful. It was a relatively quick process as it was my first service appointment (7500 mi) on a new vehicle. They asked if I would like them to rotate my tires and I said "yes, please". When it was ready and I got the receipt, I looked it over and saw that it showed that there had been an oil change, a lube, and 4-tire rotation. However, when I got home, I realized that the tires had not been rotated at all. I only know this because I had recently lost the 2 valve stem caps on the left side of the vehicle while airing the tires and those tires were still on the left side of the vehicle when I got home. This wasn't really a huge deal to me because the first service was free, so I didn't pay anything for it. But it does make me reconsider having work done there that I have to pay for. It also makes me wonder if they didn't do that, what else did they not do? I called and spoke to the service manager and he was apologetic and asked if I wanted to bring it back in. I told him I couldn't because I already had plans. He promised to make it right the next time I came in but also said that there wasn't anywhere to annotate that on my service record so I would have to remind them when I brought my truck in. So, you want me to bring my truck in for service, knowing that you didn't do it right the last time, and hope that you remember not to charge me for my oil change and tire rotation that should have already been done but wasn't?

My visit was a normal oil change and I was there about an hour which was great. I was a bit shocked that my washer fluid was not refilled especially with the dashboard message that was displayed with the oil change message. I purposefully didn’t fill my fluid because I knew I was due for an oil change and most times all fluids are topped off.

It was horrible! It usually is. Whoever was in the vehicle scuffed up the steering wheel. When the service manager was made aware, he was unapologetic and said that happens and nothing they can do about it. Every time we go in for service, there’s a poor experience. If it wasn’t for the lifetime warranty, we wouldn’t return.

Well with in about 50 miles of my oil change. Motor lost power, just happen to catch the low oil light. By the time I was reaching to turn the motor off, the motor already seized up. Like the dealer, like the brand. I had issues with the service department a few times before. I wish to continue my business. Just after this incident. I plan to do my own servicing, even it voids my warranty.

The service agent who greeted us was very nice and accommodating! When we got the vehicle back, they did not give us the discount that was told to us so we had to revisit the service desk to get that fixed- the gentleman didn't seem too happy and didn't give an apology just adjusted the amount on the ticket and walked me to the pay counter and turned around and left. The pay counter lady was apologetic even thought she just went by what they put on the ticket. There was oily hand marks on both front doors and on the leather armrest on the drivers door. The tires were rotated as requested but they put in too much air- 38 to 39psi in each one instead of 35 as noted on the door label. We had to reduce that at home once we realized they were over the amount and letting the vehicle sit overnight. Every time we bring this vehicle to Lair, we leave and return home to find something wasn't right. Normally we would discuss the issue at the dealership but they sometimes have an attitude like it's a big deal so we don't bother and this was the case with this service.

I made an appointment 1 week ahead to get my oil changed. First service at this dealership. My appointment was at 8:00 am. I arrived at 7:45 am. My vehicle was not ready until 10:00 am. They said they were busy. That is way too long to wait for an oil change. I'm assuming they put other "non-appointment" vehicles ahead of me. Why make an appointment?

I was able to get the recall on the grill fixed. That looks great. I did ask for the service department to look at the engine light on the dash but I guess it was forgotten because it is still on . The amount of time that it took the grill to come in was less than desirable but that was not the dealerships fault. Everyone has been friendly. I do not like that fact that the recall On the engine is undetermined and sitting in limbo . The last three oil Changes I have asked about my engine making noises and the lack of power and nothing can be done with it yet. But overall the service that I have received has been great

The service was great. They fixed the warranty problems I had but one. They got with GM on the stitching problems with the driver seat and GM stated they was not going to do anything about it. That is not expectable. I cannot see spending 80 thousand dollars for a new vehicle and in six months the stitching is wearing out on the driver's seat and nothing being done about it. I wish someone would step up and take care of this problem.

Response to my issue was great. Service department sent a driver to jump start my new truck allowing me to bring it in, and then returned me home for over a day so they could evaluate the truck. This was huge at the time because my wife had appts. and was tied up. Always have had good service from the guys tending to my rigs. Also feel more like a person than an appt. number.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. No high pressure sales pitch or upselling and no surprise price increases. We worked all the details over the phone and it was a simple process when I got to the dealership. My sales rep William Foote spent 1.5 hrs making sure my phone and all the technology were connected and that I knew how to use it. I drove 6.5 hrs to pick up my new Yukon AT4 Ultimate. I got a fair price for my trade and new purchase and the entire experience was stress free. We'll worth the 6.5 hr drive!

Was met just after we pulled into the dealership and parked at the entrance by interstate 27. We knew what we were wanting and after getting out of our truck Curtis came right over introduced himself. Told him what we were looking for and walked over to it. Walked over to the passenger side and my wife wanted to set in the back seat before getting into the front. I went around to the drive side and Curtis had the key. Helped my wife into the front set. Curtis asked it we would like the drive it. Asked questions before we started and then during the drive. Pulled over twice before we returned to ask question and Curtis leaned up front to point out what I was asking. Talk some more in the lot then asked Curtis to work up a deal. Only aspect that is a little negative is the time it took. But I understand why it take a while with all the details that have to be handled.. Over all I’m glad we drove to Greg Lair GMC to purchase this 2026 Canyon Denali..

I have an Explorer Conversion van. It had some issues with the headlights and marker lights. Explorer sent replacement headlight housings, marker/turn signal light assemblies, and new LED low beam bulbs. The assemblies and housing were replaced, but the LED bulbs weren’t installed. The halogen bulbs put in work, but don’t know the reason the LED bulbs weren’t installed or returned. Otherwise, a great job done quickly to allow us to leave on our trip with no delay. Great team.

I was there for 5 hours with no one updating me on what was going on. At the 3 hour mark, I had to go ask myself and they said that I needed an oil change. I gave the go ahead and it took an additional 2 hours to get the oil change done. After having the truck for 5 hours, they have NO idea what is going on with it with no plan on going forward (other than me having to bring the truck back every 100 gallons). (That is what GM told them to tell me to do.)

I bought a 2022 GMC Canyon on or about 10-29-25, Had it for two weeks and the check engine light came on I called service on on 11-14-2025 they said to bring it in on the way to Canyon it lost power I drove it 35 miles at 38 mph to the shop, I called back on 11-20-2025 they said they had to order the part for it and it would any were from 3 to 10 days before it would come in. They got it running and I picked it up 11-28-25 started home and it lost power in about 10 miles I took it back to the shop then picked it up again on 12-10-25 drove it 12 miles it lost power again it is there now I have owned this vehicle for about six weeks and it has been at Greg Lair for for four weeks. I am wondering if it can be repaired, and wondering how long it might take. Keith Acker

Check engine light on my brand new 2024 Buick Envision Avenir came on, car had less than 5,200mi. The car also wouldn’t accelerate in connection with this. Kevin Williams had me come in right away, performed diagnostic testing. We scheduled drop off date- 1st free oil change, tire rotation, and front alignment all rendered. Issue was an oil valve release sensor. All covered under warranty. Dropped my car off Sunday night with the drop slot, had my car back by Tuesday. Everything was great especially Kevin’s customer service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the dirt/oil stains on the leather ivory interior of the driver door. Whoever moved my car prior to me picking it up couldn’t have worn gloves? The oil/grease stain was very difficult to get out of the ivory interior.

My 2022 GMC Canyon would stall it wouldn't run faster than 40 mph I was told it was ready to pick up three times and 10 miles down the road it would the same thing the fourth time they replaced the throttle cables I picked it up on 12-18-25 it ran great I live 50 miles away no problems. My experience with Greg Layer was very positive. I did not encounter any tricks or situations that made me feel uncomfortable or threatened from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle I felt welcomed and at ease there was no attempt to exhaust or pressure me during the process. Junior was very professional, honest and straightforward. we called and asked about hours of service and were told to bring the car in so they could and I took the car and Derrick asked for the name and started going through a bunch of paperwork so I asked him what are you looking for and he said you don't have an appointment so I explained we called the other day before we came Tulia is 66 miles to Gregg Lair (66×2=132 round trip miles for nothing) so I showed himthe manufacturer defects on video and pictures and made the appointment and left.We took the car on Jan 12,2026 @ 8:00 a.m. and took it for nothing they didn't even look at it on Monday (WITH AN APPOINTMENT??) so they took it in on Tue and I called to check on it and was told techs called in sick would be tomorrow Wednesday they done diagnostics had problems,Thursday they done upgrades/updates said dash cluster might be the problem had to get approval from GMAC and do more tests had issues but they were working on it and ordered motor for seat and if dash didn't act up they would consider it fixed( that blew my mind cause nothing was replaced to FIX the problem which would of been the dash cluster?) as I type you this message we did talk about the gas issue that we has also addressed and we were told it could be bad driving habits or something of that sort another mind blower vehicles are to expensive to abuse them so our experience was not so good with Gregg Lair service hopefully things get better cause any time you have electrical issues it cannot be good especially when you buy a brand new vehicle cause we hate bad LEMONS if you know what I mean I plan on getting a hold of the manufacturer in Mexico cause it is important that they be kept in the loop if we have any more problems we will let you know
